CONCEPTION & DESIGN

Our first concern is to understand your needs in order to define the architectural concept (and lay down the foundations of the project). Then comes the drawing up of plans and details, the proposal and selection of high-quality materials, followed by that of contractors and workmen. A precise description by room and by trade allows us to obtain and present detailed estimates of the work to be carried out. We can thus choose experienced and highly qualified craftsmen in line with the project’s budget. We oversee the study and technical follow-up of each proposal in collaboration with research consultancies.

SURVEILLANCE OF BUILDING WORK

We manage all the regulatory and logistical aspects of the project. We coordinate the different trades and oversee administrative and financial matters. Through our daily presence on site, we guarantee a high-quality control of the work in minute detail.

DECORATION

We define the style of the decoration by determining the different components: materials, fabrics, furniture, works of art and decorative objects. We help our clients to choose and buy unique pieces selected from expert antique and art dealers or at auction in France and abroad. We manage the follow-through of purchases, the delivery and installation of furniture.

FURNITURE DESIGN

We create one-off pieces of furniture, lighting and decorative elements, which complete, enrich and perfectly fit into our projects.
